A day in the life of your customer. This section will focus on the operations and services cycle from the customer’s perspective. Gain insight into how the customer experiences the services around the exhibition, with a special focus on logistics, security, safety and sustainable development. Participants will get the opportunity to step back and reflect on how to use processes that are available for a seamless, optimal customer experience whilst also maximising efficiency.
