Yasmine brings 20 years’ international experience at corporate level, with proven track record in setting company and departments goals in line with business strategies, striving for performance excellence. She has built expertise as an HR generalist through numerous assignments within matrixed environments over the past decade, where she developed and implemented global HR and people management programs. As Group Head of Talent Management at Easyfairs, Yasmine’s current responsibilities involve defining a vision, setting and implementing data and process driven strategies and plans to attract, manage, develop, reward and retain a global workforce. Prior joining Easyfairs in 2015, Yasmine has been working with SAP (10 years), holding several positions within which Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer where she has been coordinating Group Strategic Programs ; as well MCE (7 years) where she has been leading, as Senior Program Manager, the full implementation of customized learning & development solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
